Cancellation policy

How to cancel an order? It's very simple – just follow these steps: 1. Contact us – info@weednesscbd.com and let us know the intention to cancel the order, providing the following information:- Customer name– E-mail– Date and order number– Name of the product to be returnedOur customer service agent will accept the request and coordinate the steps to follow.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or modified by the customer. Packages with damage or modifications will not be accepted for reimbursement. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the receipt was issued. If we do not have the product within 14 days in our facilities, we will not be able to make the refund.

Who assumes the cost of transportation for the return? Each customer is responsible for costs related to the transportation of the product. In case any return is subject to an error in the type or quantity of product sent by us, Weedness CBD will assume the cost of the return.

How and between what period of time will I receive the money?

All customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to inform that they wish to return the products (without the need to specify why). After this period, the customer has an additional 14 days to send the products to our facilities. Our customer service agent will confirm receipt of the goods and make the refund valid by bank transfer to an account to be provided by the customer. In the event that we do not receive the products within this period of 28 effective days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
